• bolus dose:
  • GTN 50-100µg IV
    • 1ml GTN 1mg/ml + 19ml NS
    • = 20ml 50µg/ml GTN
• Infusion
  • GTN 1mg/ml (neat) titrate to effect
  • start at 1-2ml/h
